All content on the Site (texts, photos, videos, logos, trademarks, databases, source code) is protected by copyright, trademark law and database rights. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved to the publisher or its partners.

Content published by users (photos, videos, reviews, messages) remains the property of its authors. By publishing it, the user grants tarifa.life a non-exclusive, worldwide and free licence to display it as part of the operation of the Platform.

Some of the data displayed on the Site (names, photos, reviews, opening hours of certain venues) comes from Google Maps Platform via its public APIs. This data remains the property of Google or its respective owners and is used in accordance with Google's terms of use.

5. Limitation of editorial liability

The publisher endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date, and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice. However, the publisher cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the information published, in particular that provided by third parties (Google, partners, users).

The use of the information and content of the Site is the sole responsibility of the user, who fully assumes the consequences of their decisions and actions.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is subject to Spanish law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent courts of Cádiz, Spain, subject to the applicable mandatory provisions.
