Frequently asked questions

What happens during the 3 free months?+

You activate your pack, set up your page, test everything. No charge, and no card required to start. Your pro dashboard always shows how many days are left and the date of the first charge, and we remind you before it. If no card is on file by then, the subscription simply stops: you are charged nothing. The 3 free months are granted once per listing.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, in one click from your dashboard. The subscription ends at the close of the current period.

How does the money reach me?+

Restaurants, schools and wellness: Stripe Connect creates a payment account in your name, and the money goes straight to your Spanish IBAN within 2-3 business days. Accommodation: the stay is collected by tarifa.life (no Stripe Connect account at this stage) and the price you set comes back to you in full. The 4% service fee is paid by the traveller ON TOP of your price, never taken out of it.

Do you take a commission on my sales?+

It depends on the flow. Table booking and QR bill: no commission at all. Takeaway orders: the tarifa.life service fee (10% per dish) is included in the price shown to the customer. You set your prices and you keep them. Lessons, wellness and stays: a 4% service fee paid by the customer, on top of your price. In every case the card processing fees (1.5% + €0.25) are deducted from your payout, at the schedule published in article 3.3 of the Terms.
