Terms and Conditions of Sale
For professional subscriptions (restaurants, bars, clubs) and the service fees applied to orders.

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern:
- The professional subscriptions taken out by business operators (restaurants, bars, clubs, accommodation) to access the professional features of the tarifa.life Platform.
- The service fees charged to end customers when a takeaway order is placed through the Platform.
2. "Tarifa Pro" professional subscription
2.1 What the subscription includes
The Tarifa Pro subscription includes:
- QR codes per table for ordering directly at the restaurant
- Online takeaway ordering with integrated payment
- Waitlist with push notifications
- Real-time order dashboard
- Ephemeral stories (on eligible venues: bars / clubs only)
- Support via AI chatbot + email
2.2 Pricing
- Monthly: €49 incl. VAT / month, charged in advance each month.
- Yearly: €390 incl. VAT / year, charged in advance for 12 months (around 4 months free compared with the monthly rate).
- Free trial period: 7 days, no commitment, no charge. At the end of the period, the chosen subscription is billed automatically unless cancelled.
Prices include all applicable taxes. tarifa.life reserves the right to change its prices with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days); ongoing subscriptions keep their original price until their next renewal date.
2.3 Payment terms
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). The accepted payment methods are bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Bizum (Spain). No payment method is stored on tarifa.life servers.
2.4 Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled by the subscriber at least 1 day before the renewal date, via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the professional dashboard.
2.5 Cancellation by the subscriber
The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time via their management area (Stripe Customer Portal link). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no pro-rata refund for the month or year already paid).
Upon cancellation, the professional features are deactivated at the end of the billed period. The business's data (menus, photos, past orders) remains accessible for 30 days and is then archived or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.6 Cancellation by tarifa.life
tarifa.life may cancel or suspend a subscription without notice in the event of:
- Payment failure
- Breach of the Terms of Use
- Fraudulent activity
- Permanent closure of the business
- Any behaviour harming the integrity or reputation of the Platform
2.7 Right of withdrawal (consumers)
These subscriptions are intended for professionals (business operators). The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for consumers (Spanish Consumer Code, articles 102 et seq.) does not apply to subscriptions taken out as part of a professional activity.
If, however, a consumer subscriber takes out a subscription, they have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, provided the service has not already been fully performed. The 7-day free trial period effectively settles this right in practice.
3. Service fees on takeaway orders
3.1 Principle
When an end customer places a takeaway order on the Platform, tarifa.life charges service fees that are added to the price of the dishes. These fees are clearly shown in the cart before payment is confirmed.
3.2 Fee schedule

Service fees are not applied to orders placed at the table via QR code (the customer is physically on site).
3.3 Refund of an order
Any request for a refund of a takeaway order must be addressed directly to the business concerned, which is solely responsible for the quality and conformity of the product supplied. tarifa.life facilitates the connection but is not a party to the sales contract.
tarifa.life service fees are refundable in the event of a full cancellation by the business (order not prepared), upon written request to info@tarifa.life.
4. Invoicing
All invoices (subscriptions and fees) are issued by tarifa.life and available for download as a PDF in the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the professional dashboard.
Professional subscribers established in the European Union who provide a valid intra-Community VAT number benefit from tax-free invoicing (reverse charge) in accordance with the applicable European rules.
5. Service unavailability and refunds
In the event of a major unavailability of the Platform directly attributable to tarifa.life (an outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours), the subscriber may request a credit pro-rated to the period of unavailability, upon request to info@tarifa.life.
The following are not considered service unavailability:
- Interruptions caused by third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, etc.)
- Announced maintenance operations
- Force majeure events
- Interruptions related to the internet connection of the subscriber or their customers
6. Amendments to these Terms
tarifa.life reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any substantial change (in particular to pricing or billing terms) will be notified by email to subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. A subscriber who refuses the new terms may cancel their subscription free of charge before the effective date.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be brought before the competent courts of Cádiz, Spain. Consumers residing in the EU may also bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence (EU Regulation 1215/2012).
