Difficile de se garer. Le personnel ne parle que l Español. Dommage. Ordonnance obligatoire pour les médicaments sur Ordonnance. J ai insisted pour obtenir une pomade disinfectant. Rien a faire. Ils m ont dit urgence ou hospital de Aljaziras. Donc direction urgence. 2heures d attente. Ordonnance obtenue. Retour pharmacie et j ai obtenu ma pommade

Le service était aimable, mais ils profitent de la situation, voire trichent, avec leurs prix. D'après les commentaires que j'ai vus, je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre. Je cherchais un stick Autan, une marque qu'ils ne vendent pas, et ils m'ont proposé un répulsif Esteve. Au moment de payer, ils m'ont demandé 19,32 €. J'ai trouvé ça cher et je leur ai dit, mais j'ai quand même payé. Avant de quitter le magasin, j'ai regardé en ligne pour voir le prix, et il oscillait entre 8 et 13 €. Évidemment, j'ai ramené le produit. Quelques jours plus tard, je suis allée dans une pharmacie en centre-ville pour demander le prix, et ils le vendaient 10,95 €. Vu leur réaction habituelle, j'ai joint des photos du produit et de l'emballage. Malheureusement, je n'ai plus le ticket de caisse, mais je ne pense pas qu'ils contesteront mon retour.

Terrible service and disappointing policies. I’ve been to this pharmacy several times and on my last visit I bought medication for fertility treatment along with toothpaste, spending nearly €400 in total. When I got home and checked the receipt, I noticed the toothpaste was €15. There were no prices on the shelf and nobody mentioned the cost at the counter. I went back five days later with my receipt and unopened item to return it with the intention of purchasing more medication, and the woman at the counter immediately refused. She then called a younger colleague and told her I was English and she also refused, saying they don’t accept returns for “medication” — even though this was just toothpaste. Both were quite dismissive and rude, and despite the amount I had already spent, there was zero willingness to help or even acknowledge the issue. Really disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.
